Please excuse the terrible formatting as this is my first post from the WordPress app on my phone. I’m working at the moment so this may ramble on a bit since I’m bored.
I wasn’t planning on doing ddpyoga yesterday but I left work half an hour early and a little bit pumped up so I put on “Red Hot Core” and for a workout that is supposed to be added onto others, it kicked my butt. I’m not going to try justify it because I am unfit but I enjoyed it. It was good having a challenge, I am not going to do it tonight but I did do some stretches before going to work and it was good. I also find my self doing the breathing exercises whenever I’m by myself.
